Title: Digital transformation in the Modern Workplace

Synopsis:
Digital transformation has reached every facet of Microsoft from smarter buildings to modern capabilities providing real-time actionable insights. And it goes beyond technology—we’ve also fundamentally upended our own sales culture. In this session, Eric Wand will present Microsoft’s Digital Transformation with an emphasis on the sales community, the pillars of change, key success factors, and showcasing how Microsoft uses what it builds out of the box from PowerBI to Azure to fundamentally transform.

Biography:
Since June 2016, Eric Wand has been the Head of IT for Microsoft Canada responsible for the entire technology experience from the modern workplace to spearheading projects enabling business outcomes. Beyond the IT service portfolio, a core responsibility is owning and driving the strategic deployment of Microsoft’s Digital IT & Field Transformation which he lives and breathes every day!

Eric also meets with customers to showcase and have transparent conversations about how Microsoft manages IT internally from launching a modern work experience to change management in a globalized workforce.
